This is not a personalized program
This is the program I wrote for myself in the beginning of my transformation. As I progressed so did my knowledge and workout requirements, you cannot continue the same program week after week and expect results. This is a 12 week program that consists of 4 phases, all utilizing different training protocols in order to prevent plateaus. When I began to plateau I would change up my workouts. I believe this to be the main reason for my fast transformation. This program includes cardio suggestions, and required cardio (mostly HIIT). This program will no doubt lead to your transformation regardless of your current condition.
