This is a 1 on 1 personalized online training program. Within hours of purchasing this program you will receive an invite to use my training app. From there you will answer a series of questions and submit photos. This personal information will remain private but will allow me to design a plan specifically to you. You will have the option to follow a meal plan or track macros based off my calculations. I will also help you learn how to track macros if you are not familiar.
You will have the opportunity to communicate daily with me. I encourage you to take advantage of this communication as it will help keep you accountable. There will be weekly checkins in which you will be responsible for uploading photos and answering a series of questions. Compliance, consistency and discipline will determine your success in this program.
I will provide you with detailed exercise routines that are demonstrated via video links. Snapchat will be utilized for optional “form checks” to ensure you are performing the exercise properly. Each program is designed based upon your goals and after examining your before pictures. You will receive a new workout program every 4 weeks to ensure consistent progress and limit plateaus. You will receive a specific cardio schedule tailored to you and your needs. These programs are designed to push you to make a drastic change in your physique that you can maintain longterm. I have partnered with a group of dietitians who enable me to provide meal plans at an additional cost. The meal plan will also be tailored to you and your body type, weight, height and age. You will be consuming a variety of different foods with an emphasis on performance and health. You also can specify if you are a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or have any other diet requirements. The meal plan will also provide you with a shopping list and recipes. The more comfortable you become with nutrition the more I will suggest tracking macros.
